- All course materials, videos, and eBooks are the intellectual property of Raly Solutions and are licensed for your personal use only
- You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly display any content without explicit written permission from Raly Solutions
- Unauthorized use of any content will result in immediate account termination
Course Access & Subscriptions
- Access to course content is granted upon successful payment and subject to our refund policy
- Active subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Consultation and Booking
- All live sessions and discovery calls must be booked through our official scheduling system
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule
Limitation of Liability
- Raly Solutions is not liable for technical interruptions, errors, or delays in content access beyond our reasonable control
- Our education content is provided as a tool for learning. Certification exam outcomes are the sole responsibility of the student
