Course Refunds

  • A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase, or the course is less than 20% completed
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded
  • Refund requests can be submitted via our support ticket system

eBook Purchases

All eBook sales are final and non-refundable due to the instantly accessible digital nature of the product. Please review the eBook description thoroughly before purchasing.

Consultation Sessions

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or rescheduled appointment
  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session

Subscriptions & Recurring Plans

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account Billing settings
  • Platform access continues through the end of the current paid billing cycle after cancellation
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law
